Kemal Karakaya
Kemal Karakaya graduated from Robert College in 1995. Then he got his Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 1999. After that, he worked for Tekofaks-Panasonic for two years as the communication products manager.
Kemal moved to the US in 2001, and received his MBA from University of Maryland in 2003. Then he joined Capital One Finance and worked there for three years in multiple roles, including business analyst for the superprime underwriting division and marketing analyst for rewards program management. In 2006, he left Capital One to join Diamond Management and Technology Consultants (previously DiamondCluster International) as a strategy consultant. His areas of expertise cover healthcare, telecom and financial services with focus on customer analytics, channel performance and revenue generation.
Kemal married Selin Somersan(RC' 95) in 2008 and they live in New York City.
