Mete Tuncel
Mete Tuncel graduated from Robert College in 1990. He got his Bachelor of Science in Economics degree from the Wharton School and Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the School of Engineering at University of Pennsylvania in 1994.

Mr. Tuncel moved to New York and joined Morgan Stanley’s fixed income division in July 1994. After spending eight years at Morgan Stanley, he left as an executive director in charge of Latin American debt trading. In January 2002, Mr. Tuncel co-founded Emerging Sovereign Group, a hedge-fund specializing in emerging markets debt, equity and currency markets.

Mr. Tuncel got married to Burcu Ustuner (RC’97) in 2004. They live in New York City.
